L.E.K. Consulting is a global strategy consulting firm founded in 1983 by three former Bain&Company partners. Their short projects are key differentiators, fostering rapid learning and industry exposure for employees with deep industry expertise, especially in the healthcare system. Our project aimed to understand the human resource systems within the firm at a deeper level, assessing their HR flows, performance management, and compensation systems while identifying areas for improvement.
