AI is displacing office-based roles faster than most people expected, while the physical economy faces the opposite problem — a severe shortage of tradespeople across construction, housing, infrastructure, and energy. Renzo bridges that gap. By combining digital learning, simulation, and in-person training, we compress time-to-competency into 4–16 weeks, not years, and get mid-career professionals into earning as fast as possible.
