Emergency call centers, with a focus on Barcelona, are dealing with a multitude of issues, such as long connection times, lack of translation services, and overload systems. Our proposed solution, the First Ring AI platform, is a comprehensive digital tool that efficiently handles calls, dispatches services, and offers a range of other features, ensuring a secure and well-informed approach.
